SCHEDULE A – Use Charges EFFECTIVE DATE JUNE 1, 2008
1. FREE TIME: Import a. Regular Equipment: Day of Interchange plus four days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. b. Refrigerated/Tank Equipment: Day of Interchange plus three days, excluding weekends and Holidays. c. Trailers other than standard flatbeds, all types/sizes: Day of interchange plus four days, excluding Saturdays, Sunday and Holidays. Export All Equipment: Day of Interchange plus 22 days including weekends. 2. CHARGES: a. Use charges shall be charged for the first 5 calendar days following free time as follows: Regular Equipment: Standard 20’ $50.00 Per Day Standard 40’ $70.00 Per Day Open Tops: 20’ Open Tops $70.00 Per Day 40’ Open Tops $80.00 Per Day Flatracks: 20’ Flatracks $70.00 Per Day 40’ Flatracks $80.00 Per Day High Cubes: 40’ 9’6"units $70.00 Per Day Refrigerated/Tank Equipment: 20’/40’ $100.00 Per Day Trailers other than flatbeds: $100.00 Per Day b. Use charges shall be charged for additional days commencing with the sixth calendar day following free time as follows: Regular Equipment: Standard 20’ $80.00 Per Day Standard 40’ $110.00 Per Day Open Tops: 20’ Open Tops $120.00 Per Day 40’ Open Tops $140.00 Per Day Flatracks: 20’ Flatracks $120.00 Per Day 40’ Flatracks $140.00 Per Day High Cubes: 40’ 9’6"units $110.00 Per Day Refrigerated/Tank Equipment: 20’/40’ $180.00 Per Day Trailers other than flatbeds: $200.00 Per Day 3. CHASSIS MISUSE: Bare chassis that are dropped at any location other than the point of pickup without prior authorization from NSCSA, The carrier shall be charged $100.00 per day beginning the day after receiving notification from NSCSA and shall Continue until the chassis is returned to the proper location. ** NOTE: ALL DETENTION CHARGES THAT ARE INCURRED ARE TO BE COLLECTED UP FRONT BY THE TRUCKER. NSCSA DOES NOT PAY FOR ANY DETENTION CHARGES.I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT, AND WILL SIGN A PERMANENT INTERHANGE CONTRACT WITH NSCSA AMERICA INC WITHIN 30 CALANDER DAYS. THIS CONTRACT WILL BE MAILED TO YOUR ADDRESS ONCE.
